The Dynasty reboot now has an official trailer. The remake of the '80s soap opera takes on a modern-day twist in the preview and first photos released today.
Like the original series, which aired from 1981-1989 on ABC, Dynasty follows two of the wealthiest families in America, the Carringtons and Colbys, who rival over their children, money and business. ("Welcome to the 1% of the 1%," the trailer reads.)
Gossip Girl writers Josh Schwartz and Stephanie Savage are behind the reboot, so expect plenty of intriguing drama. Elizabeth Gillies (Victorious, Vacation) and Nathalie Kelley (The Fast and the Furious: Tokyo Drift) star in the highly-anticipated series.
Dynasty premieres on The CW during the 2017-2018 season. Watch the first trailer here:
