Ariana Grande just announced the musical lineup for her One Love Manchester tribute concert to benefit the victims of the horrible terrorist attack that took place at Manchester Arena after one of her Dangerous Woman tour stops earlier this month. Ariana will headline the concert taking place on June 4th at the Emirates Old Trafford Center, and stars such as Justin Bieber, Coldplay, Katy Perry, Miley Cyrus, Pharrell Williams, Usher, Niall Horan, and Take That will appear as well.

And while there are a lot of names missing from the musical lineup, fans are super curious about why Demi Lovato won't be performing.

Instagram user Whitivato posted a picture of the concert announcement on Instagram asking why Demi wasn't included in the concert after she expressed her support for Ariana and the victims of the attack.

Demi saw the post and responded to the fan, informing her that she was not asked to participate.

Once Demi responded to the post, it started getting a ton of attention from fans. Some fans agreed with the original poster that Demi should have been asked to participate because she's always supported Ariana.

But other fans were quick to point out that Ariana more than likely isn't the one booking all the celeb guests. And even if she was, she couldn't invite all her celebrity friends to participate even if she wanted to (there is only so much time in one concert). Most importantly, this concert isn't a competition — it's about supporting the victims of a terrorist attack. It's not right to turn it into a fan war.

Other fans put Demi on blast for drawing attention to the fan's question and making the concert about her.

But other fans defended Demi, explaining that she probably just wanted to make it clear she would never turn down the opportunity to participate in such an important event. She just wasn't asked — which is totally fine.

It's important to remember that this concert is way more important than celeb squads. Ariana wasn't dissing Demi by not inviting her to participate and Demi probably didn't mean anything by explaining she wasn't invited in the first place. This is about supporting the victims of a horrible terrorist attack and giving citizens of Manchester hope in its wake.

UPDATE 2:25 P.M.: Demi has seemingly responded to the backlash surrounding her comment about not being invited to participate in Ari's tribute concert. She posted a tweet directing attention back to where it belongs: supporting the victims of the Manchester terrorist attack.

She shared the poster for Ariana's concert, writing, "We all need to do everything we can to support. #OneLoveManchester."

So that's that. No beef. Just love and support.
