The unlikely election of Donald J Trump as President of the United States of America may have proven a disaster for the environment, world peace, women's rights, immigrant rights, international relations, the dignity of the office and a host of other quite important things, but it has had a galvanizing affect on satire.

The country's late night talk show hosts have found their pep, it's embattled media have rediscovered their focus and purpose and the career of Alec Baldwin has been transformed by his ability to wear a wig and squint in the manner of the POTUS.

But none of these admirable efforts to ridicule the man embarrassing America on a daily basis have had quite the simplicity or power as this observation from b3ta.com:

A post of theirs called 'Who knew that if you turned Donald Duck upside down you get the other Donald?' went hugely viral over the weekend, after it pointed out the strange coincidence that if you turn Disney's short-tempered and unintentionally comic cartoon character Donald Duck upside down you get what is an uncanny resemblance to the short-tempered and unintentionally comic cartoon character Donald Trump.

Expect an official tweet from the White House denouncing the duck as 'SAD!' and quite possibly 'FAKE!' any minute now.
