During most of the filming of Wonder Woman, star Gal Gadot was pregnant with her second child. The team there accommodated for it, creating a super green screen suit for her baby bump when it was visible during reshoots.

But on set, Gadot didn't want any of her coworkers to know that she was expecting, she told Marie Claire in its June issue, because she feared special treatment.

Gadot vomited discreetly in corners and hid her hormone-induced migraines. "I gutted it out," the actress said. "I started to come to set with sunglasses. I had this jug of water with huge pieces of ginger. One of the producers kept on asking, 'Why are you drinking that potato water?' They thought I'd gone Hollywood."

The Hollywood lifestyle is something Gadot very much is not about. "When I moved here, I was told that to make it, I should go to parties and clubs," she recalled. "That's bullshit. You book your job because you do the work, not because you go out and mingle."
