North West turned four on Thursday, and she had a big-time celebration.
One of the many gifts that she received from parents Kim Kardashian and Kanye West was a little fluff ball of a Pomeranian puppy. The dog is very cute, and I've got receipts for that statement. Check out Kim's Snapchat feed:

Fingers crossed that the pom puppy was from an animal rescue — as someone who has spent quite a bit of time volunteering at animal shelters, I can tell you it's not unusual for Pomeranians to end up in a shelter. Although they're cute AF and all-around lovely, they're actually pretty high maintenance and can be snippy, so quite a few of them end up in rescues when families don't take the time to properly train them. So, let's hope this little angel is from a rescue, and also that Kim is investing in proper animal training! All she has to do is hit up Kylie for the 411 on what to do.
