All aboard! There's a brand new gin train and it is pulling into the UK this summer.

The new loco is the latest chapter in the world of gin, following in the footsteps of the ingenious gin and tonic ice-cream bar and the gin festival. And the best part? It gives you the chance to travel the world while sipping on Bombay Sapphire cocktails.

Okay, so it doesn't actually leave London, but its host of lights, sounds and - most importantly - tastes means you'll get to 'visit' the likes of Ghana and Tuscany on a 10-stop tour across the globe.

Each of the 10 'journeys' on the Laverstoke Express represents a different botanical found in Bombay Sapphire gin and the cocktails will all be served up by Michelin Star chef Tom Sellers, along some specially-created themed dishes.

Tom, who opened his eatery Restaurant Story aged just 26, said: "When Bombay Sapphire approached me to be part of this year's The Grand Journey, I was excited by the concept and the challenge.

"The food I create at Restaurant Story celebrates individual stories, be it from memory, history or literature.

"We wanted to translate that philosophy to The Grand Journey and create intelligent dishes that not only tell the story of Bombay Sapphire's gin of ten journeys, but also enhance the flavours of the botanicals to work in harmony with the accompanying cocktails.

"Ultimately, we want to enhance this unique experience for the diners."

Want to hop aboard? You'd best get a ticket, as The Grand Journey is only on for a limited time.

Running from 17 to 23 July, the pop up gin train 'departs' from London's The Banking Hall, costs £30 and go on sale again this Thursday (22nd June)! For more information, click here.
