Lauren Conrad has given birth to her and her husband William Tell's first child, a baby boy, the reality star-turned-designer revealed on Instagram. "He's here," she wrote. "We're so excited to welcome Liam James Tell into the world!"
Conrad announced her pregnancy in January this year.
