Earlier this week, high school student Gabi Dunn tweeted a photoshopped picture of the Deadpool star's handsome head over that of her former boyfriend on prom night because she was upset they had just broken up.

The teenager had added the caption: 'My boyfriend and I broke up a few days after prom, so I decided to "edit" the photos a little @VancityReynolds.'

Ryan then miraculously replied to Gabi's tweet to post the cunning suggestion: 'We should photoshop me over his yearbook picture next. #DontMessWithGabi.'

Sorry Blake, but can we borrow Ryan next time we get our heartbroken?

Now back to him saving his nephew's life now...

Speaking to his fans and followers about the importance of learning emergency first aid, he explained in a post on Instagram: 'Years ago, I took a CPR course thru the Red Cross.

'And holy shit, I ended up saving my nephew's life because I knew what to do! True story! Yesterday I took a refresher course -- focusing on infant and toddler CPR. It takes only a few hours and it's also kinda, sorta fun.

'Thank you to Dan from Viva First Aid for the lesson. And thank you to these two helpful yet lifeless dolls whose vacant ocular cavities will haunt me until end times,' he added.

Keep saving lives and bringing the world joy, Ryan.
