Last Tuesday, Demi dropped the realest post-breakup song ever, "Sorry Not Sorry." Demi sings empowering lyrics to your ex like, "Feelin' like a 10, the best I ever been," and "Now you're out here looking like regret, ain't too proud to beg, second chance you'll never get."
The internet of course has theories about which ex she might be singing about, but we also know that Demi is actually real life friends with many of her past romances.
How does she do it? We will never know.
Nonetheless, we are grateful to have this new anthem to help mend our hearts back together and remind us that although relationships come and go, no matter what we'll be okay.
