It's not been the greatest week for Kim Kardashian.

After shutting down rumours that there were lines of cocaine visible in her Snapchat (it was a marble table, people), the reality TV star is now defending four-year-old North West's 'corset' dress.

North had been photographed wearing an orange dress with a white lace-up corset-style design attached, prompting criticism on social media, with some suggesting it was an inappropriate item of clothing for a child to wear.

But now Kim K is insisting that it wasn't a corset, it was just a feature on North's dress which lookedlike a corset. We're confused.

Handling the controversial dress in a video on Twitter, the 36-year-old star explained: "The Daily Mail, this one's for you.

"This dress which I did not design but actually bought, is not a corset. It's just fabric on the front, that looks like a corset.

"I would never put my daughter in a corset! It's a dress I bought that is a cotton fabric that laces up & looks like a corset! Just decoration."

She then shared another close-up picture of the outfit, and clarified: "Just decoration. Not a real corset."

Going back to that marble table then... earlier this week, Kim immediately hit back at claims that there were lines of cocaine on a table behind her in a Snapchat video, tweeting: "I do not play with rumours like this so I'm gonna shut it down real quick. That's sugar from our candy mess from dylan's candy shop."

Kim then laughed it off when she realised it was just a marble table.

And relax...
