Katy Perry has announced she will be hosting this year's MTV Video Music Awards on August 27, 2017. It's Perry's first time hosting the show, but she's already very into it from the first promo:
Perry will also perform at the show. Last year, the VMAs had no formal host, and in 2015, Miley Cyrus hosted the show. Wonder whether this development will have any impact on VMA nominee Taylor Swift's RSVP...
