Beyoncé is always extremely vocal of her love of H-Town, her hometown Houston, Texas. And in the aftermath of Hurricane Harvey, she's taken it upon herself to help residents in the wake of the storm as much as possible. Her latest feat: Serving up meals to Houston residents, flanked by friends and her daughter Blue Ivy.

After using her birthday as a chance to call fans to #BEYGOOD by donating to Hurricane Harvey relief, Yoncé spent Friday doling out meals. She also shared some snaps of the crew at St. John's Church, where mama Tina Knowles Lawson and former Destiny's Child bandmate Michelle Williams had been handing out meals:

...many more of them were of members of her #BeyGOOD team, as well as those who came out for the meals themselves.

In a statement shared by the Houston Chronicle, on Friday, Beyoncé said:

"Y'all are my family. Houston is my home. This church is my home. I was maybe 9 or 10 years old the first time I sat there where my daughter is sitting (now). I sang my first solo here

This is a celebration of survival. Y'all are my family. And I thank God that y'all are safe, that your children are safe. The things that really matter are your health and your children and your family and your life. I just wanna say I love you."
