Kim just posted a group shot of her, Kourtney, and Khloé in San Francisco with impeccable positioning: Khloé in the middle, Kim and Kourtney strategically placed in front of her.
It's not a confirmation, sure, but is it a coincidence? Or the least subtle posing of all time.
