Theirs is a more quiet relationship—just a photo of them together here and a public declaration of love there—but earlier this week, Gaga put a cuddly shot of her and Carino on her Instagram and Snapchat stories for a fleeting 24 hours (it's how Selena Gomez and The Weeknd first debuted their relationship on Insta too).
