It's been a disenchanting month or so for Sex and the City fans, after it emerged - via a big fiasco over the now defunct SATC3 film - that the the cast weren't and aren't friends.
However, evidence shows that at least two of the show's lead actresses, Sarah Jessica Parker and Cynthia Nixon, do, in fact, still enjoy each other's company - or at least enough to pose for a blurry picture. Nixon, who played Miranda in the television series, shared an Instagram picture of her with SJP at the premiere of Love You More, made by by SATC's Michael Patrick King.
Grievances between the actresses came to light last month after Kim Cattrall refused to be in the SATC3 film. This prompted SJP to publicly share her "disappointment", claiming that the studio was forced to cancel production just a few weeks before principal photography was set to begin.
Cattrall hit back saying that she'd declined the role in a third SATC film on numerous occasions and over a long period of time, but no one had listened. Then came the words that surprised many fans of the show.
'We've never been friends,' Cattrall said. 'We've been colleagues and in some way, it's a very healthy place to be.'
