If there was ever a reason to go back to edit the masterpiece and timeless holiday classic that is Love Actually, it is the story of Chris Evans and Jenny Slate. In a Christmas miracle of sorts, the couple, who devastated us all when they broke up in the beginning of 2017, spent Christmas together this year.

Chris Evans' brother Scott (who is hot, but as ELLE.com has previously detailed, it's hard to compete with a Chris) shared a photo of himself with Jenny on Instagram:

Sweet! Intriguing! Tell us more!

Anyway, I would totally watch their love story as a vignette, starting from when the two met at the chemistry reading for their film Gifted through the wait, he likes me!? ("To be quite honest, I didn't think I was his type," Slate said in an interview in March. "Eventually, when it was like, Oh, you have these feelings for me?, I was looking around like, Is this a prank? I mean, I understand why I think I'm beautiful, but if you've had a certain lifestyle and I'm a very, very different type of person—I don't want to be an experiment.") stage and the aforementioned devastating breakup, all the way to their reunion and culminating in the Christmas blessing that is spending the holidays together and Instagramming pics with their significant other's siblings.

They've even been photographed in the airport together! It's perfect! Edit it into the Love Actually credits!

Anyway, the point is, SO HAPPY these two are together again and totally WOULD WATCH. (And may I suggest cutting out the Laura Linney's Sarah/Karl storyline to make room for this because IF YOU'RE NOT GOING TO TELL ME WHAT HAPPENS WITH THEM I DON'T EVEN WANT TO KNOW.)
