Kate Middleton and Prince William traveled about two hours north of London to Coventry, England, where they carried out a number of royal engagements, including visiting the city's renowned cathedral, seeing Rise Café (which provides work opportunities tho those overcoming addiction), stopping by Coventry University's new Science and Health building, and getting familiar with the Positive Youth Foundation.

However, Middleton didn't wait until her scheduled appointments to get hands-on. When the Duchess of Cambridge saw a little boy feeling sick during her and Prince Williams' arrival, she immediately got involved.

'Princess Kate came over and give him a sickbag, our little Craig,' Carole Flynn, a learning mentor at the nearby Corpus Christi primary school told People. 'I think he was a little bit overcome.'

Apparently, 10-year-old Craig Skipper was feeling uneasy after waiting three hours for the royals' arrival. According to Flynn, the child was looking pale, and Middleton came over to talk to him to see if he was alright. 'She bent down and was concerned,' Flynn recalled.

But Middleton didn't stop there. She then went to one of her bodyguards and returned with a brown paper bag for Craig, in case he got sick. But luckily, he ended up not needing it.
