The teen drama starred the late Heath Ledger as Patrick Verona, Joseph Gordon-Levitt as Cameron James, and Julia Stiles and Larisa Olyenik as sisters Kat and Bianca Stratford.

Fans of the film will remember some of the iconic scenes that took place inside the home, including Bianca's overprotective father strapping a fake pregnancy belly to her stomach, Kat squealing in excitement over her Sarah Lawrence College acceptance letters, and the sisters heading out to prom.

Keller Williams Realty has priced the home at $1.6 million. Real estate agent Jeff Jensen told Refinery29 that this is the first time the house has been put on the market in 30 years. It is 5,760 sq. ft, has stained glass windows, carved wood stair railings and mantelpieces.

From the pictures Jenson provided to HarpersBAZAAR.com, below, it is apparent that the house has not changed much from when the movie was shot twenty years ago. There have been, however, a few modern updates, including a finished basement with a party bar and a granite island in the kitchen area.

The exterior and interior of the home is clearly visible in the below clip from 10 Things I Hate About You.

According to a NBC affiliate King 5, the house is also a short drive from Stadium High School, where many of the movie's other scenes where filmed. All filming took place at several locations throughout Seattle and Tacoma in the summer of 1998.
