Well, four years later and it sounds like the party is officially over and Rihanna is finally ready to make a go of things with the Canadian star.
According to E! News, a source says: 'He still loves her and never stopped. Rihanna is the one that's been not wanting to settle down in the past.'
'They are having fun spending time with each other. Their music together got them close again,' they add.
In the last week alone, the Barbadian beauty has been seen on not one, but four nights out in London with her rumoured beau.
And on Wednesday, the Controlla rapper made a surprise appearance on stage at Rihanna's Anti world concert in Manchester, telling the crowd she was breaking his heart and that she was the most 'beautiful, talented woman' he'd ever seen.
While the two clearly have chemistry, both in and out of the music studio, given their on/off romantic history, we're not ready to whip out the wedding hat just yet.
But, it would appear Drake has been taking time to listen to the Diamonds singer.
After all, in Work Rihanna sings: 'All that I wanted from you was to give me / Something that I never had'
Has Drake finally given her that special 'something'?
