Remember when Beyonce dropped her visual album Lemonade during her HBO special back in April and the whole world went into meltdown at the sheer epicness of dropping a boatload of music without warning her fans?

Well, someone needs to tell Frank Ocean because his recent attempt at stirring up hype for the release of his long (and we mean, long) awaited second album is destroying his fans' souls.

Yesterday, the Fertilizer singer released a bizarre live-stream of himself standing in a room chopping up wood while musical instruments play in the background.

Seeing as the rapper originally promised that the follow-up to his 2012 hit album Channel Orange, titled Boys Don't Cry, would be released last month, his fans have finally had enough with his mind games – the woodchopping video being the last nail in the coffin for some.

Others have just realised they've spent the whole morning watching Frank chop wood and are seriously annoyed.

Meanwhile, the rest of his fans aren't sure if they're fans anymore. 

On second thought, maybe this live-stream is proof Frank Ocean never really existed and Channel Orange was just a figment of our imagination.
