If you're squeamish, you might want to look away now.

Yesterday, Orange Is The New Black actress Ruby Rose shared a video to her Instagram account of her being treated by a friend for multiple jellyfish stings during her holiday in Ibiza.

The 30-year-old is seen wincing in pain from the treatment as her friend pours a cup of liquid over the affected areas.

Now, if this video reminds you of that time Chandler Bing weed on Monica Geller in Friends to treat a jellyfish sting, you're not the only ones, as we have a sneaking suspicion it's not water in that cup.

Rose's friend can be heard saying: 'It's bubbling! It's bubbling.'

The Australian beauty later posted another picture of her stings with the caption: 'Man down, but also I've gone my whole life not getting stung. As an Australian it was only a matter of time. #jellyfishblues'.

However, the 'attack' doesn't seem to have hampered the actress' spirits as she was later snapped soaking up the sun's rays on a private boat off the Spanish Islands.

The best remedy for a jellyfish sting? An afternoon sunbathing in the Mediterranean.

Doctor's orders, Ruby.
