Well, look no further for next year's party inspiration than Nicole Ritchie's 35th birthday.
This weekend, the daughter of Lionel Ritchie threw a 70s disco-themed extravaganza, complete with bouncy curls, gold lamé and, of course, a roller disco.
The well-documented night on Instagram included some of Ritchie's closest A-list friends and family including Jessica Alba, Kate Hudson, sister-in-law Cameron Diaz, stylist Rachel Zoe and even Lionel himself.
The mother-of-two posted a gallery of images from the night which showed the group posing for selfies, downing shots and dancing to 70s tunes.
Kate Hudson later posted an image wishing birthday love to her friend which showed off the duo's 70s blonde curls and dramatic eye makeup.
Earlier in the week, Ritchie's husband Good Charlotte front man Joel Madden posted a picture to the app to say: 'Best Mom,Best Friend, Best Wife. Happy Birthday Nicole, You keep us all laughing…'
