As all Uber users will know, it's pretty awkward deciding what to do when you get inside the car.

Do we make small talk?

Can I ask to have the radio on?

Should I pretend to be on the phone to fill the silence?

But, it looks like passengers in Los Angeles don't have this problem thanks to Uber driver Jonathan Gaurano, who has become a YouTube sensation due to his hilarious car rides.

This week, the 27-year-old driver surprised his passengers with puppies, picked up from a local dog shelter.

The Californian filmed his passengers' reactions upon getting inside his car, asking if they'd like to hold the puppies and letting them cuddle the pups throughout the duration of their journeys.

'Is this legal?' ask one passenger to which Gauranoreplies, 'I hope so.'

This isn't the first time Jonathan has given his customers the Uber journey of dreams. Last year, he filmed his passengers singing along to The Weeknd's 'Can't Feel My Face' and Mark Ronson & Bruno Mars' 'Uptown Funk'.

Think of it as carpool karaoke without James Corden and the A-list celebrities.

As result of Gaurano's entertaining journeys, we've created a wishlist of things we'd like to be surprised with on our next uber drive:

1. A cup of tea

Builders tea with a smidgen of milk. These wintery nights call for a hot drink on the long drive home.

2. A fluffy blanket and slippers

Let us snuggle up in the back seat of the car and whack on the hot air, please. An episode of friends would on an iPad would also work wonders, thank you.

3. A cookie

Look, we're often quite tired and cranky after a day's work. A tray of cookies fresh out of the oven would improve our journeys tenfold.

It would also make us more inclined to give a five star rating. It's a win-win situation, Uber driver.

4. Make-up artist

We've lost count of the amount of times we've accidentally stabbed ourselves in the eye with a mascara wand or smudged lipstick across our upper lip when the car turns a corner.

A make-up artist in the back seat equipped with a plethora of eyeshadow palettes, foundation colours and highlighters, as a well as a steady hand, would save us a lot of time and worry before a night out.

5. Jason Momoa

You know, just to look at for a bit…

6. Solange's album on repeat

Please excuse our hands reaching up to the sky and shoulder shimmies. We're just really into the lyrics.

7. A McDonalds Double Cheese burger with extra BBQ sauce

We know you don't like us eating in the Uber – that one time we sat on a chip and smudged it into the lining of the seat was a totally accident, we swear – but after a night of drinking with friends, we could really do with something to satisfy our greasy food craving.

8. Chewing gum

Look, sometimes we book an Uber because we're running seriously late for a first date and don't want to turn up with a sweaty upper lip following a tube ride to the bar.

Help us freshen up with a piece of chewing gum and make us feel like Cinderella for the night, okay?

9. Hillary Clinton quotes on the sound system

Prepare women (and men) for the rest of their day and mash up some of Clinton's most inspiring quotes like 'Gay rights are human rights' and 'Take criticism seriously, but not personally.' We need a positive talking to before taking on the week ahead, sometimes.

10. Tissues

A pack of tissues on demand will work wonders this autumn. A happy customer is a snot-free customer. That's what they say, right?

11. Sanitiser gel

Yes, we might be clean freaks and paranoid of touching the door handle inside the car but just think, at least we won't spread our flu germs to you and your passengers.

Thanks, Uber.
