The goings on inside the walls of Buckingham Palace have always drawn much fascination from outsiders.

For example, does the Queen jump on a segway and race Philip down the hallways? Do they ever have Saturday night matress races down the stairs á la Princess Diaries 2? Does she sneak down into the pantry for a late night bowl of Coco Pops and a binge on Netflix's The OA?

Well, one thing's for sure – Queen Elizabeth II loves a bit of the British gameshow Pointless.

In a recent interview with the Radio Times the shows hosts, Alexander Armstrong and Richard Osman, revealed that a 'palace insider' once informed them the mother-of-four watches the weekday teatime show.

We wonder what she thought of last week's contestant who gave the ultimate side-eye to her team mate who lost them a point.

But, the gameshow isn't the only programme Queen Liz has admitted to watching, once reportedly admitting 'I don't like The Bill but I just can't help watching it'.

Seeing as The Bill is no longer with us (R.I.P), The Times reports she's also said to have once asked for a DVD box set of Doctor Who while staying at Balmoral, become a fan of Countdown because it following the racing slot and revealed to actor Peter Sallis while giving him his OBE medal, 'I love Last of the Summer Wine. And Waiting for Godot'.
