Whether it's in our underwear, after a shower or when we're alone in the house for a few minutes before a night out, we're all guilty of doing it.

Come on, who hasn't whacked on the hairdryer, directed it towards their faces and pretended to be on the set of a music video like Beyoncé in Crazy In Love?

Wait, what were you thinking we were talking about?

Well, it seems Lady Gaga is the latest person to have indulged in the old hairdryer trick, ahead of her halftime stage performance this weekend at the 2017 Super Bowl.

Yesterday, the songstress shared a video of herself preparing for the upcoming show, wearing a bra and hydrating under-eye sheet masks, while she tosses her blonde hair in front of a hairdryer.

Shot before an early-morning press conference, the singer can be seen dancing in her chair to Don Henley's hit single 'Dirty Laundry'.

She captioned the video: 'Anyone that's looking for a sneak peek of the Halftime show, here it is. Getting ready for press conference with hairography assistant @fredericaspiras.'

According to the BBC, the performer is planning to focus on the messages of 'love and kindess' for her upcoming show.

Earlier this week, the Clinton supporter brushed off claims her performance at the show would directly make a stand against President Trump, but said:

'I believe in a passion for inclusion, I believe in the spirit of equality and the spirit of this country as one of love and compassion and kindness.'
