She might be an actress on one of the US' hit television shows, travel the world as a humanitarian and women's education activist and currently be dating that lesser-known celebrity called Prince Harry, but it seems Meghan Markle is keen to make us privy to another side of her blossoming work and personal life – her talent for playlist making.
Last Friday, the 35-year-old shared a post to her lifestyle blog, The Tig, about the music she's currently listening to, which includes the likes of Crystal Fighters, Maggie Rogers and Janelle Monáe.
In the post, she admits felt inspired to let her fans into her music tastes in order to offer up a 'fresh dose of unbridled joy' to perk us up for the week ahead.
'Turn these tracks on as you're getting ready in the morning, when you need a mid-afternoon pick-me-up, or during your next evening celebration,' she writes.
'Because when the air is filled with positive vibes, there's no winter cold that can block out the warmth of happy hearts,' she adds.
However, unlike the Duchess of Cambridge's love of Eighties tunes such as Abba's hit 'Dancing Queen', which was played at her wedding in 2011, according to the Telegraph, Markle appears to be more of an indie/festival kid, with a penchant for listening to the likes of Dragonette and Mr Little Jeans.
From advising us to dance 'in the living room like no one's watching' to reminding us 'the importance of just letting loose', Markle – who recently took a trip to India to show solidarity and support for women's rights – clearly wants her readers to enjoy every moment of life, and we couldn't agree more.
There's no winter cold that can block out the warmth of happy hearts.
Whack Markle's playlist on right now and have a good ol' boogie.
After all, this is a playlist courtesy of a woman dating a real-life Prince – the woman is a genius.
