Penn Badgley – a.k.a Dan Humphrey from Gossip Girl circa 2007 – has had some pretty incredible girlfriends over the years.
First there was his three-year-relationship with on-screen girlfriend Blake Lively, then came a two-year union with actress and ELLE girl-crush Zoë Kravitz and now, the 30-year-old actor has just married his long-term partner Domino Kirke.
Yes, that's right, the sister of actresses Jemima and Lola Kirke and cousin to shoe designer Charlotte Olympia and model Alice Dellal.
On Monday, the actor married his wife – who works as a birth companion, otherwise known as a 'doula', for a living – in a courthouse in Brooklyn, New York, and said 'I do' in front of several of their closest friends and family.
The bride's sister, Lola, took to Instagram to share the happy news, captioning an image of her two sisters: 'When someone gets married in a courthouse, it's really an open invitation to everyone but the beautiful bride to explore all that fashion has to offer.'
Commenting on their suprising bridal attire, which saw Jemima wearing jeans and Lola dressed in a black shirt, the Gone Girl star explained: 'Here, I try a look simply called 'Pants,' as Cassius goes for 'That Dude from #incubus' and Jemima experiments with 'Off to Therapy!' Congratulations @dominokirke. We love you.'
Jemima, who stars in the sixth and final season of Girls and recently split form her husband Michael Mosberg after seven years of marriage, tweeted the newly-wed pair to say:
For the nuptials, Badgley wore a navy suit with a black tie, while Kirke opted for a white, long-sleeved lace dress and carried a bunch of pastel-coloured flowers.
The pair's cake matched the hipster, country-inspired vibe for their nuptials, and was described on Instagram by Domino as 'vegan, gluten free magic'.
And magical it looks!
