Hey Donald Trump Jr., why don't you sit down. Sit down and keep your mouth closed, yeh?

Yesterday, when messages of support and unity were making their way onto Twitter and news sites, some people took a moment to push their own divisive agendas.

One of those people was Donald Trump Jr., who, in the wake of five deaths and at least 20 injured, decided to goad London's beloved mayor with this Tweet.

Donald Trump Junior is quoting - out of context - an article which quotes the brilliant and revered London Mayor Sadiq Khan.

If you put the comment back into context, Khan explains that it is horrific, but necessary to reflect on the fact that acts of 'terror' seem ever more frequent and that we must learn how to guard ourselves better against them.

An excerpt from the piece reads:

That means being vigilant, having a police force that is in touch with communities, it means the security services being ready, but it also means exchanging ideas and best practice.

Many people have responded to Trump's misguided Tweet.

Khan has since reiterated his stance on Terrorist attacks in the capital, explaining that the reasons we are a target for extremists are reasons to be proud; that we have a free press, democracy and multi-culturalism.

So, Junior, why don't you just sit down, though, we know you seem to find that very difficult.
