Kendall Jenner's Go-To 11-Minute Workout Video Is Everything We Need This Summer

The 21-year-old reality star and model has revealed her simple workout routine that involves just six moves and we're actually considering dropping the doughnuts in favour of the plank, right now.

Following sporadic moments of sunshine, a colleague's bold decision to ditch the tights, and the suggestion of eating lunch – wait for it – outside in recent weeks, it's safe to say us Brits are more than ready for someone to officially call it summer, so we can finally whip out our pins, don the sunglasses and bask in the midday sunshine – Calippo in hand – at the promise of a weekend spent sipping Pimms in the park.

However, with the on-coming of summer brings with it the dilemma of wanting to look like Beyoncé in a bikini, while also indulging on ice-cream, tin cans of gin and tonic and endless BBQ food.

Fortunately, us mere mortals aren't the only ones who want to have our cake, eat it and cut an even bigger slice while sunbathing in the garden too, as self-proclaimed burger-lover, model Kendall Jenner, also attests to the juggling act of keeping fit and treating herself to a takeaway, every now and then.

This week, the reality star posted a fitness article on her website, revealing how she keeps her lean physique and it's a workout that can be fitted in to anybody – and we mean anybody's – daily routine.

Describing her favourite workout, the 21-year-old wrote in her blog entry: 'If I'm traveling or don't feel like leaving my house, these are all the moves I try to get in — in just 11 minutes!'

Eleven minutes!

Heck, I think it takes me longer than that to have a wee, boil the kettle and make a cup of coffee in the morning.

Accompanying the post with a helpful video explaining her workout (which we now vow to exercise to religiously until our next holiday...kind of), Jenner reveals she does six key workouts to help her stay Victoria's Secret catwalk ready:

  1. Forearm plank, 30 seconds
  2. High plank, 30 seconds
  3. Side plank, 15 seconds
  4. Side plank with crunch, five reps each side
  5. Single arm/leg plank, 15 seconds
  6. Rocking plank, 15 seconds
