If I was pregnant with twins, I'd like to think I would spend my days having adult conversations with my baby bump about the meaning of life, balancing a stack of Pringles on my belly to see if I could make a new world record, dropping things on the floor and making other people pick them up for me and passing wind on the tube just because, you know, 'I'm pregnant.'

However, when you're Beyoncé – who I doubt has ever farted in her life, by the way – carrying two babies in your stomach isn't going to stop you running the world, living life as a queen and organising your next musical project to blow everyone out of the god damn baby bath water.

But, in true Yoncé style, her post-baby comeback is going to be epic. Think Lemonade and Cherryade type levels.

According to Variety, Beyoncé is in talks to join actor/rapper Donald Glover and actor James Earl Jones in Disney's live-action remake of The Lion King.

Sorry, Beauty and the Beast, you just got trumped.

The publication reports Beyoncé is director Jon Favreau's top choice to voice Nala in the upcoming remake who, if you can't remember, is the female lion cub who is betrothed to Simba (set to be voiced by Glover).

While she is yet to make a decision regarding the film, the studio and director are reportedly willing to accommodate the star's busy schedule and parental duties.

Of course, what we really want to know is how much singing the expectant mother will get to do for the new film, especially seeing as the character of Nala only has one verse in Elton John's hit ballad, 'Can You Feel The Love Tonight'.

A Beyoncé and Donald Glover collaboration? Our prayers have just been answered.
