Emma Watson, Justin Trudeau and Cher have long been fighting the patriarchy in the name of feminism, championing equal rights and women's autonomy over their sexual rights, bodies and minds.

And it appears actress Meghan Markle is the latest feminist to join the trio's exclusive club, following a photoshoot where the star can be seen posing alongside a group of 'global leaders' during the One Young World Summit in Ottawa, Canada in October 2016.

Featured in the April edition of Vanity Fair, the 35-year-old actress and philanthropist models for critically-acclaimed American photographer, Jason Schmidt, wearing a white dress, alongside former President of Ireland Mary Robinson, Pakistani poet and writer Fatima Bhutto, and women's rights activist Loujain al-Hathloul in the Canadian city.

Prince Harry's girlfriend, who is rumored to be moving in with the royal this summer, attended the summit last autumn, and met with 1,300 young leaders from 196 countries around the world to discuss worldwide challenges alongside world-leaders from across the globe, according to the Mail Online.

Following the event, the Suits actress – who might be leaving her hit television show for good –shared several images of her time with Bhutto, who wrote the shoot's accompanying article.

Describing her time meeting Canadian President Justin Trudeau and working on the One Young World Summit, Meghan Markle took to her lifestyle blog,The Tig, to explain: 'When I was asked to be a Counsellor at One Young World my response was a resounding 'yes'.

'One Young World invites young adults from all over the world who are actively working to transform the socio-political landscape by being the greater good.

'They are delegates who are speaking out against human rights violations, environmental crises, gender equality issues, discrimination and injustice. They are the change,' she added.

In other shots from the summit, Emma Watson can be spotted posing with scholars from the 'Emma Watson Scholarship' – a programme she launched during the summit to those helping to advance gender equality around the world.

Elsewhere, Cher can be seen posing alongside several One Young World Deligates in front of a row of international flags.

This could, quite possibly, be the most badass group of feminists to pose together to date.
