Blake Lively Just Painted Over Her 'Mrs. R' 'Engagement' Ring From Ryan Reynolds

The 29-year-old star has replaced her 12-carat engagement ring for something a bit more personal and now we want one.

If you needed proof Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds are kind of crazy about each other, look no further than the actress' recent public display of affection on Instagram.

According to ELLE Australia, the 29-year-old spent Friday afternoon indulging in a spot of painting with friends in the New Orleans studio of her favourite artist, Ashley Longshore.

Never too old to bedazzle. 💎 👵🏼 💎

However, rather than show off her skills as a modern-day Frida Kahlo or Georgia O'Keeffe on a canvas, the mother-of-two took her paintbrush to paint her 'Mrs. R' ring on her left ring finger.

The Shallows actress showed off her 14k yellow gold ring on Instagram, which is estimated to cost around £1,000 and reportedly designed by jeweller Alison Lou, and captioned one image: 'Never too old to bedazzle.'

However, this isn't the first time the actress has showed off her 'R' ring, having first unveiled the ring in July 2016, two months before she and Reynolds welcomes their second child, Ines.

The ring reportedly replaces her 12-carat oval cut Lorraine Schwartz engagement ring from her acting beau, which the actress opened up about in an interview in 2015.

The star revealed toBritish Vogue: 'My most treasured possession is my engagement ring made by my dear friend Lorraine Schwartz, because of the love and meaning it symbolizes.'

While a Lorraine Schwartz-designed engagement ring might be a bit out of our budget, Lively's 'Mrs R' ring comes in at a reasonable £765 and is available in 14-carat white gold, yellow gold and rose gold.

Finally, we are one step closer to being like Blake Lively. Now, all we need is a Ryan Reynolds lookalike.

Any takers?
