In the past month, model-turned-actress Cara Delevingne has spent more time in the hair salon than we've spent in the past year.
It was only weeks ago the 24-year-old British star debuted her Games of Thrones' Daenerys Targaryen-inspired, ice-blonde hair, before cutting it into a short pixie crop, making us all genuinely considering going short for the summer.
At the time, we predicted Cara's new beauty look was in preparation for her role in a film called Life in a Year, starring opposite Jaden Smith, about 17-year-old boy (Jaden) and his dying girlfriend (Cara) as they try to squeeze their entire life into the year she has left to live.
However, the Chanel model just revealed she has gone one step further in her bid to play the dying teenager, by shaving her entire head.
Like, all of it.
Yesterday, the model stepped out onto the Toronto-based set of her up-coming film – produced by Will Smiths's production company, Overbrook Entertainment – dressed in what looks to be a yellow hospital gown and her newly-shaved head.
Last month, the Paper Towns actress divulged her plans to shave her head for her new role during an interview with USA Today, while promoting her upcoming film Valerian and the City of a Thousand Planets.
Speaking of her then ice-blonde dye job, she said: 'I have to shave my head for my next part, so I have to do something different. So I dyed it. Just for fun. Just to change it up.'
Little did we know the shave would come so soon.
