In a scene that could have been torn from the pages of a fairytale, Kate Middleton first grabbed the attention of Prince William in 2002 during a fashion show at St Andrews University in some what of a revealing dress.

During the show, a then 19-year-old Duchess of Cambridge strutted down the catwalk in a see-through black slip, with two pieces of black and gold silk knitted together with a slither of blue ribbon and, as they say, the rest is history*.

When photographs emerged of the royal, it caused quite the stir (which, we must say, was pretty ridiculous) among traditionalist royal fans, who are probably more used to seeing the monarchy fully-dressed in head-to-toe taffeta, silk and elbow gloves on special occasions.

So, the most prudish of royal fans might be shocked to learn Kate Middleton isn't the only one to get the public hot under the collar, as Prince Harry's girlfriend Meghan Markle just admitted one of the most challenging and strange scenes to film moment from her hit TV show, Suits, was pretty darn raunchy.

As Markle and her co-stars celebrated the show's 100th episode over the weekend at the ATX Television Festival in Austin, Texas, the 35-year-old actress – who is rumoured to be leaving the show to move in with her royal beau – was quizzed about what she thought her stand-out scene was from the law-based programme.

The panel host asked Markle and her co-star Patrick J Adams: 'Was there a scene over the years that was particularly challenging and tough?'

As Suits fans might have guessed, Markle's most memorable moment was her now famous sex scene with her Adams, when her character Rachel Zane finally falls for Adams' character, Mike Ross.

'Sex in the file room was weird. Yeah, that was a little strange,' replied Adams.

'Of course it was weird!' added Markle, according to the Mirror, after a panel discussion which saw Meghan and Patrick re-read their very first scene together.

The star's comments come days after Markle was asked by a journalist about her hopes to marry Harry, and suitably chose not to comment.

Ever the cool cucumber, Markle.
