Seventeen years ago, the noughties reboot of Charlie's Angels arrived at our cinemas and made everyone across the land fancy Eric Knox dancing to 'Got To Give It Up.'

No, just us?

The film also brought together two juggernauts of the acting world, Drew Barrymore and Cameron Diaz.

The firm friends were spotted out-and-about in Los Angeles on Friday of last week, apparently going furniture shopping.

Over the weekend Drew posted a snap of the two of them looking quite adorable and spoke about the importance of friendship in her life.

She captioned the picture:

#beautyjunkieweek#sisters. getting out of your house with your girlfriend. And being a whole person, with your sister. Remember to spend a moment with the ones you love in your busy life. She has made me feel beyond beautiful. Always has. Always will. #thankgodforyourfriends. They rejuvenate and confirm everything.

Since their Charlie's Angel days, both actresses have gotten married - 44 year-old Diaz to Benji Madden in 2015 and 42 year-old Drew Barrymore to Will Kopelman in 2012, with whom she has two daughters.

Unfortunately, Drew and Will's marriage ended last summer.

Diaz, who was a bridesmaid at their wedding, spoke out at the time about the importance of friendship when things aren't going very well.

On a radio show in the US she was asked about Drew, to which she responded,

Everybody pulls the wagons around [for] our friends, whoever needs us at whatever point in time. Even if it's something that the public doesn't know about. Internally were all going, 'OK, who needs us now?' We've been in this industry for a really long time together, and that's a feat. To have people that you've known for that long, those are real relationships, real friendships. We've gone through a lot in life together.

As you get older you start to lose people in your life, and when you lose people in your life, you have less of a purpose. So it's really, really important to stay engaged. I know, for myself with my girlfriends, how important it is to stay engaged [and] how close we all are together and how much we rely on each other.

Someone pass us a phone, we need to call our bestie ASAP.
