Charli XCX's video for new single 'Boys' delivers exactly what is promises and then some.

In a mere two minutes, 47 seconds we see no fewer than 24 of our favourite male celebrities/musicians doing fun things with rose petals, disco-balls and chainsaws.

Joe Jonas munches an astounding stack of pancakes; Stormzy eats cereal out of hot-pink bowl; Diplo smothers himself in puppies and, actually, we didn't realise we loved Diplo until now.

Oh, and Riz Ahmed does, well, this:

For goodness sake.

Elsewhere you'll catch the likes of Kaytranada, Mark Ronson, Wiz Khalifa, Vampire Weekend's Ezra Koenig, Ty Dolla, Chromeo, Joey Bada$$, the Libertines' Carl Barat, Charlie Puth, Panic! at the Disco's Brendon Urie, Will.i.am, Jack Antonoff. The list goes on and on.

Why put a bunch of random dudes in the video when you've got a phonebook full of celebs?

The video itself is directed by Charli but, as she writes in the message below the Youtube video, 'NO BOYS WERE HARMED IN THE MAKING OF THIS VIDEO'.

The whole thing plays out like a boy-of-the-month calendar and, god damnit we're into it.

The new single continues Charli's streak of making sugary, unabashedly girly pop and is off her forthcoming third studio LP, out next year.
