From organising late-night private tours around the Natural History Museum, driving a 100-mile trip to pick her up for Pippa Middleton's wedding reception, and making a flying visit from Malawi to Toronto to spend time with his girlfriend for the weekend, it's fair to say Prince Harry is pulling out all the stops to make Suits actress Meghan Markle feel like a princess.

However, the 32-year-old royal faces his most challenging task in their relationship today, as Markle has just turned 36-years-old, and is reportedly spending her big day with the prince and her mother, Doria Radlan, in London.

Accoridng to HELLO!, Markle reportedly arrived in the UK on 4 August and was spotted with her mother dressed in a casual white blazer in the capital's Waterloo station.

However E! reports the Californian beauty might have cut her trip short before her birthday in Blighty, due to filming obligations for Suits back in Canada, and only had a few days to celebrate turning the big 3-6 with her beau and relative.

The celebrations come after a year of dating, and several months after Kensington Palace confirmed the pair's relationship last November, referring to Markle as Harry's 'girlfriend' and revealing she had already been subject to 'a wave of abuse and harassment'.

'Prince Harry is worried about Ms. Markle's safety and is deeply disappointed that he has not been able to protect her. It is not right that a few months into a relationship with him that Ms. Markle should be subjected to such a storm. He knows commenters will say this is 'the price she has to pay' and that 'this is all part of the game'. He strongly disagrees. This is not a game—it is her life and his,' the letter read.

Having reportedly presented Kate Middleton a 'dream diary' to celebrate her 35th birthday on their first meeting, we can only imagine the gifts the Royal Family and Prince Harry will give Meghan on her special day, today.

Happy birthday, Meghan!
