Matthew McConaughey is a serious actor if you haven't heard.

He won an Oscar for flip's sake.

His role in Dallas Buyer's Club landed him the Best Actor accolade which, in turn, led him to that Oscar speech, in that white suit.

Prior to this, quite frankly, seismic shift into serious work that had us thumping our chests in The Wolf Of Wall Street, was McConaugheys take-off-your-shit-as-soon-as-possible days, in The Wedding Planner, and 10 Things I Hate About You.

The 2000s saw Matthew become a household name and heartthrob acting opposite Sarah Jessica Parker and the like, as well as becoming People magazine's Sexiest Man Alive in 2005.

Above all of those trophies and performances, however, is McConaughey's first role (not including his breathtaking part in Trisha Yearwood's 'Walkaway Joe' music video) as Wooderson in the 1993 cult film Dazed and Confused.

As Matthew is often want to tell people (he mentions it a lot), his first proper on-screen line for his much improvised stoner character in his first ever film was 'Alright, alright, alright'.

There are plenty of other cool af lines McConaughey ad-libbed and wrote on the spot for the film, like, 'Be a lot cooler if you did.'

'You just gotta keep livin' man.'

And some other less politically correct ones about high school girls.

And McConaughey has long been inspired by these lines, so much so that he has taken them to his charity, the Just Keep Livin' Foundation.

The charity that he and his wife, Camila Alves McConaughey, run ,'is dedicated to empowering high school students by providing them with the tools to leas active lives and make healthy choices for a better future.'

By providing after-school programmes the foundation hopes to give under-privileged and inner-city teenagers more options and opportunity.

To raise money for the foundation, McConaughey has just released some limited addition 'Alright, Alright, Alright' t-shirts, vests and hats that you can buy for a bargain price of £19.19 for the tops and £15.35 for the caps.

But hurry, you've on got 6 days, 17 hours, 33 minutes and 59 seconds (approximately), to get your mitts on this slice of cult film gold.
