She has come under extreme scrutiny, due to her apparent complicity in her father's sexist, anti-transgender, homophobic, racist, anti-climate change agenda.

Most recently, the writer of 'Women Who Work' has backed Donald Trump's decision to ditch an Obama-era policy which was implemented to help eliminate the gender pay gap.

Her dubious role within the upper-echelons of the political system is, apparently, not overlooked in the White House where staff, according to Vanity Fair, call her 'Princess Royal', but only behind her back.

She earned this tongue-in-cheek nickname after she famously sat in for her father at the G-20 summit in Germany earlier this year, which was almost universally challenged as a step too far when it came to Trump's nepotism.

The Vanity Fair report discusses how actually ineffective both Ivanka, and her husband and co-adviser Jared Kushner, are as top advisers.

The report also suggested that the couple are a 'feared duo' in the West Wing due to a 'vindictive streak.'

Despite this, the New Yorkers have been 'stung' by the vitriol from friends, press and more and are considering distancing themselves from their 'indefensible' father.
