How could anyone forget that days before Taylor Swift released her new single 'Look What You Made Me Do' last month, the singer wiped her Instagram account full of pictures of her cat Olivia Benson, her Fourth of July parties, and 1989 world tour, and replaced it with a video of a snake and her album cover.

Taking a page out of Taylor's book, Lana del Rey has now become the latest celebrity to wipe her social media clean without explanation.

Despite having over seven million Twitter followers and 10 million Instagram followers, the star has left a mere handful of posts on her social media sites, making us question what she's got up her sleeve.

Last night, she mysteriously tweeted:

Meanwhile, her sparse Instagram account showed only one video clip of John Lennon and Yoko Ono discussing vibrations, politics, and a 'quiet revolution'.

Clearly, the 32-year-old singer has taken Ono's words to heart and she's gone so quiet, there's barely any evidence of her.

While Swift erased her social media accounts to welcome in the new age of Taylor 2.0 (the old one is 'dead' etc) and announce her latest album Reputation, it's a bizarre move from Lana given that she released her latest album 'Lust For Life' in July.

What are you plotting, Lana?
