For those with a nervous disposition when it comes to flying, Jennifer Lawrence is officially your worst nightmare plane passenger.
The 27-year-old actress was discussing the frightening feeling of losing control when it came to filming particularly intense scenes for psychological thriller Mother!, and said it was the same feeling she's been experiencing lately when it comes to flying.
'It's scary not being able to control yourself - I've recently had problems with plane anxiety and it's really similar,' Lawrence told Entertainment Weekly.
'I'm not afraid of the aeroplane, I'm afraid of me on the aeroplane and losing control of myself.'
When the EW reporter joked that she sometimes worries she might stand up and scream 'we're all going down!' mid-flight (we've all been there), Lawrence admitted she's actually done that before.
'I've done that,' the star laughed. 'You know when they hit an air pocket and it feels like you're falling?
'I did it on a night flight one time: "We're going down! It's coming down!'''
And if the image of that mid-flight wasn't terrifying enough, Lawrence also confessed she tried to jump out of a flight, too.
'I tried to jump out of an Air France flight once,' she continued. 'I can't believe I didn't get arrested. I got really claustrophobic and I had to get out.'
Meanwhile, Lawrence recently revealed that she had to have a Kardashian tent playing episodes of the reality TV show to help her recover after filming 'dark' and emotionally draining scenes for the Darren Aronofsky film.
'I've said it before, but I got to such a low point in this film, and going into such a dark place that I eventually had to bring the Kardashians in,' she told Jimmy Kimmel.
'I started getting scared a couple days before so I was like, I need a tent to keep away from all the extras because I didn't know what I would do. It was just a computer that was playing the Kardashians.'
We prescribe some downloaded episodes of the reality TV show on her iPad for the next long-haul flight...
