As many a Game of Thrones fan will know, Brandon Stark - commonly known as Bran - is most commonly seen chilling out in Winterfell, droning on about the fact he's the new Three-Eyed Raven and shooting some serious b*tchy stares at his older sisters, Sansa and Arya.

So, imagine the shock of first-year university students celebrating Fresher's Week this month who just spotted Isaac Hempstead Wright (who plays Bran) at Birmingham University.

The 18-year-old actor has just enrolled at the university and has been caught hanging around with his new friends like a typical British teen, and Game of Thrones fans are struggling to cope.

Harry Mackenzie, an employee at the university campus' Joe's Bar, served the actor earlier this week and told The Tab: 'I saw him across the bar, I wasn't sure it was him at first but then the bartender confirmed it for me. Holy sh*t winter is here.'

Winter is here, indeed, Harry!

Hours later, students took to Twitter to report sightings of the star, including a Monday night visit to the Students' Union.

Last month, The Telegraph reported the actor received three As in Maths, Further Maths, and Chemistry, so it's no wonder he wants to let his hair down at Fresher's Week this month.

It's not easy being the brains of the Stark family and a Three-Eyed Raven, guys.

We just hope someone's watching Winterfell now he's away in Birmingham.
