Following a whirlwind of a summer involving the release of her long-awaited track Bar Liar, temporarily moving to New York with her boyfriend, The Weeknd, and undergoing a kidney transplant, you'd think Selena Gomez would be currently booking a long-overdue holiday.
But between takes for Woody Allen's new film, we can report the 25-year-old has been planning another music single. Apparently, she is about to drop new music with producer Marshmello, and we for one are a wee bit excited.
Over the weekend, one of Gomez's fans tweeted the music maker asking for a 'tip' as to when he was going to drop his new single with the star.
In response, he replied:
As a result, followers of the 'Fetish' singer pretty much lost their sh*t on Twitter at the news music was on its way sooner than they thought.
Last month, Gomez spoken about the collaboration with the DJ, calling it 'beautiful' and 'one of my favourite songs' on San Diego's Energy 103.7.
'It's really cool. It's kind of in that world, his world, and I'm stepping into it and bringing my style too,' she said.
While she didn't give up a release date for the Marshmello collaboration, she did say 'there's a lot more music that's coming'.
We hope you're comfy because you can expect a very sleepless week as we await for the new music, expected to drop any day now.
