Days after Lady Gaga's emotional documentary Five Foot Two debuted on Netflix and the postponement of the European leg of her Joanne World Tour, Beyoncé has sent a little care package to her friend to cheer her up in her time of need.

Yesterday, Lady Gaga posted a selfie to Instagram wearing an Ivy Park sweatshirt, gifted to her by Queen Bey, while she deals with her chronic pain condition, fibromyalgia, which causes widespread pain across the entire body.

She captioned the post: 'Not having a good pain day. Thank you honey -- B for sending me this comfy sweatshirt. Keeps me warm outside in a hammock so I can be w the trees, and the sky, and the sun and take deep breaths. Feel so lucky to have so much love.'

Later, the 'Million Reasons' singer posted another picture of a bunch of red roses from Beyoncé and praised the mother-of-three for inspiring the world.

'If I hadn't seen your videos on TV at grandmas house after I got dropped from def jam records, I would have given up,' Gaga wrote. 'You inspire us all. The dream you embody kept me going.'

Beyoncé and Lady Gaga first struck up a friendship when they appeared in a Thelma & Louise-themed music video to accompany Gaga's 2009 hit single 'Telephone'.

We're glad to see this friendship going strong almost eight years later.
