There has been much criticism surrounding Donald Trump and his administration's handling of US territory Puerto Rico, after it has undergone a humanitarian crisis due to Hurricane Maria.

Many people, including the mayor of San Juan Carmen Yulin Cruz and Kim Kardashian have slated the Trump administration for not getting much-needed aid to Puerto Rico quicker.

Now things are moving along, with aid reaching the island, and they've even had a visit from the President and First Lady themselves.

Surprisingly, the room cheers him on as he repeats the statement a few times.

Whilst some people have found the clip amusing, others have not seen it in such a humorous light.

One Twitter user said it was 'condescending AF' whilst others suggested it was mocking.

Racist or creepy, all we know is that we need to wash our ears out now.
