If you regularly find yourself watching Bella Hadid eating burgers or your favourite Insta-fit blogger workout on Instagram Live, listen up, because the social media platform has just launched a new feature that means you can watch two Insta-user videos at once.

'A video of burgers and burpees?' you cry. What could be better, right?

Today, Instagram announced that it would let Instagrammers who run live video streams add guests into their videos, meaning you could watch your favourite celebrity Instagram user duos go live together from across the world.

According to TechCrunch, the feature works by letting people who are streaming a video to add anyone who is watching the video at that moment.

To invite a guest to take part in the video, users simply have to click on the 'add' button in the corner of the screen.

When a person gets added, he/she joins the live video steam in a separate window below the main user on the screen.

News of the latest feature will make users who are looking to add more followers to their accounts happy, as the status icon for a live broadcast gets sent out to the friend networks of both the video host and guest. In turn, this creates a larger pool of potential watchers, and therefore followers.

Director of fashion partnerships at Instagram, Eva Chen, debuted the feature this morning when she launched a live video and invited the likes of make-up legends Pat McGrath and Guido Palau while they were on the set together on a top-secret project.

At the moment, it looks like you can only add one person in at a time.

However, this could mean we'll see the likes of Bella Hadid and Gigi Hadid, or BFFs Margot Robbie and Cara Delevingne launching live streams together across continents sooner than we thought.

Nice one, Instagram!
