She might have just turned 21 - the legal age to drink in the US - but, rest assured, you won't find actress Zendaya partying until the wee hours of the morning with tequila shots in hand any time soon.

In a recent interview with Fashion Magazine, she revealed that she loves nothing more than a night in on her own, sitting in front of her TV and it's music to our ears.

'I think I've always been a grandma,' she told the publication.

'I've always been a very old woman inside a younger person's body. Of course, I have my young-people tendencies; we all have those. But at the end of the day, I've always been called a grandma.

'I don't like going out. I enjoy the company of my TV and myself. And you know what? It's been very helpful, honestly.'

Explaining her reasons for not drinking alcohol, the Spider-Man: Homecoming wrote a post for her personal website on her birthday in September that read:

Today I turn 21! Holla!!! But just because I'm now the legal drinking age, doesn't mean I'm going to start throwing 'em back. I don't plan to start drinking.

My life is too stressful to need help with relaxing by having a cocktail. This industry is way too nuts for me to not be in control of myself and my decisions, so I just don't want to introduce drinking! Plus, I don't want drinking to become a vice. Why try something if you don't need it?!

I don't like going out. I enjoy the company of my TV and myself.

Having recently stared in Bruno Mars 'Versace On The Floor' music video, the K.C. Undercover star expanded on her 'no-drink policy', telling Fashion Magazine that despite the temptations of Hollywood, she won't be peer-pressured into drinking unless it's on her terms.
