As we have said time and time again, and will say ad finitum, Jason Momoa and Lisa Bonet are the most genetically-blessed couple to have ever lived.

They've been a couple since 2005 and have two children together, called Lola Lolani and Nakfa-Wolf Manakauapo Namakaeha.

Most recently, the couple have confirmed they secretly wed in the presence of Lisa's daughter Zoe Kravitz in October of this year.

Aquaman star Momoa has now revealed that he fell in love with 49 year-old Bonet when he was only eight years old.

When Momoa was just a child, 19 year-old Bonet was America's sweetheart, starring as Denise Huxtable on The Cosby Show.

Hawaiian-born Momoa revealed on The Late Show that seeing her was 'more than' love at first sight.

He told James Corden, 'Ever since I was eight years old and I saw her on the TV and I was like, 'Mommy, I want that one.''

Things then took a slightly creepier turn as the actor joked:

'I was like "I'm going to stalk you for the rest of your life and I'm going to get you." I am a fully-fledged stalker. I didn't tell her that, until we had two babies. Because otherwise it would be creepy.'

Creepy indeed Momoa. Thankfully, he returned to serious conversation, explaining their fortuitous and random meeting:

'I've always wanted to meet her and she's always a queen, always. We met at this jazz club, we happened to be at the right place and the right time, with mutual friends.'

She drove him home because he was staying at a hotel and agreed to a nightcap (both drinking Guinness) and the rest, as they say, is history.
