Bizarre thing for a president to do?

Yes, but what makes the move even more bizarre is the fact that back in 2013, the now-president called U.S. Senator Marco Rubio a 'total choke artist' after the politician drank water during his State of the Union response.

Of course, it didn't take long before Rubio made light of the ironic moment on Twitter.

Oh, and then the rest of the world.

Donald, next time you need some water, take your own advice and grab a glass won't you?
