Selena Gomez popped by KISS FM radio in London earlier this week to, apparently, spill all the goss about her love life.

On her whistle-stop tour of the capital (where she managed to cram in six banging outfits in one day), the 25 year-old singer also went to this year's Fashion Awards.

She wore Coach to the star-studded event, with her new blonde hair in a messy side-part.

Whilst on the radio show, the Texan seemed pretty chipper, and when asked about her friendship with long-time confidant and fellow performance artist Taylor Swift, she revealed they met through boys they were dating years ago. And not just any boys, the Jonas brothers.

She told the hosts, 'We actually dated the Jonas Brothers together! It was hysterical.'

By our count Swift was with the middle Joe Jonas bro from the summer to the autumn of 2008.

The brief relationship ended with an even briefer phone call (27 seconds, apparently) by a then 19 year-old Jonas, though a 18 year-old Swifty was still devastated enough to write at least two songs about the relationship.

As fellow child-stars, it's not surprising that Nick Jonas and Gomez also got together back in 2008, though the short relationship seems to have been less traumatic than Joe and Taylor's. In a 2015 interview with Capital FM, Gomez said of the 2008 fling, 'That, to me, was like puppy love. It was very sweet. He's lovely.'

A 16 year-old Gomez and 18 year-old Swift would have met, therefore, sometime between July and October of that year. She describes their friendship at the time, saying 'It was amazing, because she was the girl with the big curly hair and all the bracelets and the cowboy boots, and I was definitely up-and-coming, and we just clicked.'

As for the Jo bros they left behind? ''[Their friendship] was the best thing we got out of those relationships.'

Despite this quip, she was quick to point to that there is no bad blood between the friends and their respective exes 'They're lovely, by the way. We're all friends now. We were young, you know; it's a different time.'
